Travis was born and raised in Arizona. He has always been an avid sports fan and from the early age of 4 began playing organized sports; whether basketball, baseball, or football, Travis could always be found in the middle of the competition!

Travis excelled as a high school athlete earning All Arizona recognition in basketball and football. In addition, his senior year, Travis was invited to play starting point guard in the Arizona High School All-Star Basketball Game.

From being the quarterback of his football team and point guard for his basketball team, Travis learned the secrets to character and leadership at a young age. With this foundation, he began speaking publicly to motivate and inspire crowds at the early age of 17. Since that time, Travis has dedicated his life to helping others discover how to reach their potential and live their dreams!

Travis graduated from University of Phoenix and holds two degrees: a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Associate of Arts in Business.

Travis serves as the Team Chaplain to the NBA’s Phoenix Suns as well as a Chapel Leader for the Oakland Athletics Major League Baseball Team. He is the President and Senior Pastor of Impact Church (ImpactChurch.com) in North Scottsdale.  Travis is also President and Founder of Travis Hearn, Inc., a relevant, cutting-edge speaking company offering services to the Department of Education, junior and senior high schools, colleges, businesses, conferences, camps, and churches.

Travis has been married to his best friend, Natalie, for 12 years. He and Natalie have three children, Kylie, Josiah, and Jazzlyn. The Hearn family has two dogs – Champ (a 5lb morkie) and Rookie (a 70lb golden-doodle).
